HOW TO SHOP THROUGH ETSY When you click on the SHOP button on tangarang's home page you will be sent directly to tangarang's online Etsy store. It's set up to accept Paypal and Credit Card orders. Buying an item in the etsy shop will guide you through the process of creating an Etsy account (it's free and they don't send your name to spammers), you will then pay through paypal where you can make either a paypal payment if you have a paypal account or your credit card if you do not have a paypal account. SHIPPING You may select either standard or priority shipping through the etsy site. We ship through USPS or FedEx depending upon size of package. Small (ie: smaller than a breadbox) packages usually ship via USPS and large packages through FedEx - whichever will result in a less expensive shipping fee for the customer. Pre-packaged items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays unless you e-mail kira@tangarang.com prior to your purchase to request a rush shipment (there is a $5.00 processing fee for rush shipping that will be added to your order on etsy.) Custom orders take two to three weeks to process. You will be updated via e-mail on progress and ship date (see above for shipping days). If you live in Los Angeles or Orange Counties you may request delivery for custom orders. Delivery costs bewteen $35-$50 depending on distance from our Long Beach location. Arrangements shoudl be made by contact ing kira@tangarang.com REFUNDS All items are 100% guaranteed or your money back. Please contact kira@tangarang.com prior to returning an item with reason for return. Packages must be un-opened and customer will pay for return shipping.
If your item is just not what you expected, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 14 days.

PRIVACY POLICY Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
